Too Faced is seeking a Video Production Associate to join our dynamic Studio Production team. The right candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves, work hard and have fun. This position is responsible for owning the post production video workflow on all video projects through delivery and providing line production support with pre-production video needs.Key Responsibilities

  • Own the post production workflow on all video projects
  • Act as liaison to traffic video briefs, specs and editing notes between vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Send all approved video assets (copy, graphics, fonts etc.) to editing team
  • QC all incoming videos for final approval and delivery
  • Distribute and archive all videos for release
  • Provide line production support including video casting outreach and prepping documents and schedules prior to shoots
  • Manage all hygiene, product & prop orders for video shoots
  • Attend video shoots

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience working in video production, agency or in-house production team
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while being flexible with change
  • Provide strong post-production video management knowledge
  • Must be active on all social media platforms and have a strong understanding of the social video specifics and safe zones including TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram and understand other regionally relevant/specific platforms
  • Experience in Framie.io, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, After Effects) - within a Mac environment
  • Highly driven and energetic, proactive and takes initiative
  • Superior organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills
  • Highly collaborative with strong verbal and written skills
  • Knowledge in the Cosmetic Industry is a plus
  • Ability to edit as needed for in-house projects is a plus

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,500 to $98,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
