‍Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Junior Recruiter at Gamechangers. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting candidate searches, reviewing resumes, and screening potential candidates. You will also assist in scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and coordinating with hiring managers. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role is predominantly located in Huntington Beach, CA.Qualifications

• No experience in recruiting and talent acquisition but some will be welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct candidate searches and review resumes
• Experience in screening potential candidates and conducting phone screens
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies is a plus
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
