Reports to: Email Marketing Manager

Overview: Urban Outfitters is looking for an Email Marketing Associate to join the Digital Marketing Brand Outbound team. The Email Marketing Associate will assist in the development and execution of email campaigns, primarily focusing on the day-to-day set up for our batch and trigger messages.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Email Manager in strategic planning/ creation of monthly email cadence
• Partner with the Merchandising and Design teams to plan and review marketing emails
• Support Email Manger in developing automated journeys and building our behavioral trigger program
• Enhance email segmentation and personalization strategy through testing, results, and analysis
• QA email campaigns for functionality, rendering, tracking, and customer experience
• Practice and implement email best practices

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years campaign management experience within email, direct mail, or other direct marketing
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and email metrics
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once

Education: Bachelor's Degree
