Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process transfer orders for Amazon Inventory.
  • Point of contact for warehouse and operations team communications.
  • Order and RA entry for account reconciliation.
  • Manage new product set up process for delivering content and assets to accounts and Amazon agency partner.
  • Maintain image asset library with the help of our marketing department.
  • Site audits to execute website improvements to listings on Amazon and Drop Ship accounts.
  • Bulk management and revisions.
  • Digital set up sheets for key accounts.
  • Maintain the Go-Forward-List for the Amazon Business.
  • Detailed Site checks monthly for all accounts and marketplaces.
  • Assortment Database management.
  • Attend weekly meetings with agency partner.
  • Calendar management for cross functional projects.
  • General Online business maintenance including feed checks and listing quality monitoring.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of office and or sales experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Team player, can do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Full Circle experience a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Location & Office Structure: This is a hybrid position, in-office up to 4 days per week and 1 day work from home; subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 per hour; hourly rate is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
