THE PURPOSE:

Play a pivotal role in creating best-in-class digital experiences and customer journeys that drive revenue. Oversee day to day operations of site, app, and social commerce. Ensure on timely handoff, quality, and accuracy of content and products across platforms.

THE ROLE:

  • Ensure creative needs for site, app, and social commerce are handed off on time and are accurate.
  • Input tasks into our project management system, track, update details and due dates, and follow up as needed to ensure success of projects and day-to-day tasks.
  • Check quality and accuracy of content and linking strategy of site, app, and email to help ensure an optimized and cohesive customer journey.
  • Help identify, manage, and escalate issues with site, products, site search, and collection pages to ensure that they are prioritized and fixed accordingly.
  • Support set up and upkeep of the True Religion app and social commerce shops content and navigation.
  • Input translation task assignments in with our partner for our international sites and ensure quality and timely handoff.
  • Assist in coordinating the execution of Go-to-Market process and help communicate changes and decisions to keep everyone informed.
  • Assist with launching products to the True Religion site, app and social commerce channels including image upload, ensuring accuracy of copy and specifications, and pricing.
  • Assist in reporting on ecommerce KPIs including performance of pages, products, assets, app, and more.
  • Perform all other assigned duties.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2+ years experience within ecommerce with background in retail.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, professional environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy of an ecommerce website.
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new programs and platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficient in Excel and knows how to do a VLOOKUP
  • Experience with a project management system (Asana, Wrike, Monday, etc) preferred, but not required.
  • Hybrid Role: Must be able to work in the Gardena office 3-4 days per week.
