‍We are seeking a dedicated Creator Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and engage with high-quality creators to drive growth on our creator platform. Your success will be measured by adding creators to the platform and developing strong relationships with creators and managers.What You’ll Do - Job Responsibilities

• Mana ge ongoing relationships with creators and serve as the point of contact for all business-related queries, respond promptly and effectively
• Build a sales funnel and pipeline process and lead organized creator onboarding
• Identify, onboard, and maintain Playboy’s target talent lists
• Manage and optimize outreach communication strategies for creators
• Prepare and conduct weekly status reports to better understand effective strategies and drive a more refined outreach process
  
  

What You’ll Bring - Qualifications And Skills

• 5+ years experience in media, talent agency, and/or digital industry, with a focus on digital creator initiatives and partnerships
• Demonstrated experience in identifying creator categories, personas, and proper fits against brand marketing initiatives and objectives
• Deep understanding of the creator and influencer landscape
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of management, both internally and with external partners
• Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for the creator economy and internet culture
• Excellent team management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate or advanced level of experience with creator onboarding and sales softwares (Kommo, Asana, etc)
  
  

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $75k-$100k annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.What We Offer
