Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Reyn Spooner located in Honolulu, HI. The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager with various tasks related to the store's daily operations, such as driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing inventory and visual merchandising. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for recruiting and training new staff members, as well as ensuring that the store adheres to company policies and procedures.

• Retail operations management, sales, and customer service skills
• Experience in inventory and visual merchandising
• Recruiting and training skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Experience in the fashion/retail industry (preferred)
