We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Photographer/ContentCreator to join our Creative team. This position will be responsible for creating originalcontent for social media channels. This fast-paced position contributes to the storytellingof our Z SUPPLY brand and will work alongside our Creative Content Manager,Creative Director & Social Media Manager.POSITION DETAIL

• Full Time / Salary Exempt $72,000 - $78,000
• Reporting to - Creative Content Manager
• Position Location – Headquarters, Costa Mesa, CA
• In office Monday through Friday (Friday half days/hybrid work week based on biz need)
• Not accepting applicants unable/unwilling to work onsite at Headquarters.
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating original content for our social media channels (including but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), and our website platforms (Z SUPPLY & SHOPB2Z),
• Shoot creative still life and product photography (hanging and flat)
• Create content, shoot & edit, video and still life on iPhone, as well as digital camera for social content shoots, on-location editorial shoots (sometimes out of country), in-studio eCommerce shoots, as well as key Z SUPPLY events.
• Shooting, retouching and editing, still life content, & short-form videos, often on tight deadlines.

• Responsible for pulling and coordinating samples for still life, style outs and photoshoots, sometimes on a daily basis.

• Time allocation: 40% of time dedicated to shooting and creating still life, and creative photography/video content. 30% of time allocated to prepping, editing and submitting content. 30% of time spent on sample pulling and organizing.

• Work closely with Creative Content Manager, Creative Director, Snr Marketing Manager, GTM, Social Media Manager, as well as cross-functional teams to understand and execute creative needs.
• Participate and contribute to pulling inspiration and bring fresh new ideas & concepts to creative content.
• Assist with pre and post production at ecommerce and campaign photoshoots internally and on-location.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio.
  

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

• 4+ Years of social content creation experience.
• 2+ Years of fashion photography. Contemporary women’s fashion brands are a plus. (Portfolio of work required)
• 2-3+ years of experience shooting models and still life in-studio. (Portfolio of work required)
• Must be able to use DSLR cameras proficiently, adjusting settings manually to achieve desired results.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting and posing to capture visually appealing and on-brand images.
• Basic knowledge in studio lighting. Ability to work with various lighting techniques to achieve the desired aesthetic and mood for fashion shoots.
• Must have knowledge of and experience with creation, editing and posting content on TikTok and Instagram and various social media channels
• Passion for pop culture, entertainment, and fashion-knows what is relevant and trending.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Must be driven, highly organized, hands on and willing to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a strong and clear point of view on social content.
• Confident, positive attitude; thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Slides / Docs (or Apple, Microsoft equivalents)
• Proficient in Asana (or similar project management software)
• Capture One experience is a plus!
• Asana experience is a plus!
• Must be extremely creative, possess outside the box concepts and strategy.
