We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Manager to join the Playboy Digital organization. The Associate Project Manager will play a key role in assisting the audience and creator teams in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This position will work with the entire Playboy organization, external partners, and creators to ensure projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality.What You’ll Do - Job Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects ranging from social asset production to assisting in managing creator/agency relationships to event planning and execution.
• Task Management: Manage and prioritize project tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues affecting project delivery and assist in developing mitigation strategies to address them.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards for cross-functional teams.
• Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and best practices in project management methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

What You’ll Bring - Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in project management or coordination, preferably in a social media, digital or technology-focused environment.
• Proven track record or working successfully in influencer/creator/social media related roles and working on successful projects in those fields
• Strong working knowledge of all social media platforms including YouTube
• Clear understanding of how the creator/influencer economy operates including creator events
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Team first mindset with a strong collaborative spirit
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) is desirable.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks is a plus.
  
  

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $75k-$90k annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.What You’ll Be Part Of
