Position Overview:

Isaac Morris is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Director of Sales, specializing in expanding our business within the TJX retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strategic partnerships, specifically within the licensed apparel segment across boys, girls, men's, and women's apparel departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets within the TJX retail environment.

2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within TJX, focusing on expanding Isaac Morris's presence in licensed apparel across all relevant departments.

3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at TJX, including buyers, merchandisers, and decision-makers, to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.

4. Product Presentation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling product presentations, pitches, and marketing materials tailored to TJX's requirements and preferences.

5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities within the licensed apparel segment to identify opportunities and mitigate potential threats.

6. Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

8. Compliance and Contract Negotiation: Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, negotiate terms and conditions, and resolve any issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

· Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the apparel industry, with a focus on licensed apparel.

· Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strategic partnerships within the retail sector, preferably with experience working with TJX or similar large-scale retailers.

· Strong understanding of the licensed apparel market, including trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

· Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting tools.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Location: This position will be based at Isaac Morris's headquarters in NYC, with regular travel required to meet with TJX stakeholders and attend industry events as needed.
