The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and organized Marketing & Office Coordinator to join our team full-time and in person. This is a unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of a purpose-driven CPG brand across multiple departments—from influencer and digital marketing to wholesale, sales, and day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Content

• Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok)
• Write compelling, on-brand copy for social, website, product descriptions, and email
• Develop, write, and manage email campaigns and flows directly through Shopify
• Create/post visuals aligned with our aesthetic
• Maintain a seasonal content calendar and help ideate campaign themes

Influencer Marketing

• Identify and reach out to aligned influencers, creators, and ambassadors
• Manage ongoing partnerships, communications, and content tracking
• Monitor performance and help optimize the influencer program for growth and ROI

Wholesale & Sales Support

• Support B2B/wholesale marketing efforts, from digital outreach to sample mailers
• Help manage retail partner relationships and marketing materials
• Assist with sales efforts including lead research, outreach, and follow-ups

Business Development & Admin

• Participate in strategic discussions across departments
• Help with general administrative tasks and internal coordination
• Gain insight into product development, supply chain, and DTC operations

Who You Are:

• A clear, compelling writer and communicator with a strong eye for tone and detail
• Experienced (or highly interested) in influencer marketing and content creation
• Familiar with Shopify, email marketing basics, and tools like Canva or social schedulers
• Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Enthusiastic about sustainability, clean ingredients, and conscious consumer brands
• Bonus: experience with wholesale, sales outreach, or CPG marketing
