What is my role?

The Sr. E-commerce Coordinator – Emerging Brands will play a critical role in supporting digital operations for multiple apparel brands. The role should be familiar with retail platforms and marketplaces, including Shopify and Amazon. Key duties include maintaining daily operations, supporting ongoing projects, and contributing strategies to optimize and grow each brand in their respective sales channels.

What You'll Do

• Support daily operations for assigned apparel brands across multiple retail platforms and marketplaces, including Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners on new marketplace integrations and product launches
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets for each platform
• Prepare reporting of sales, returns, inventory, and other relevant business analysis
• Assist in quality assurance, ensuring product listings, content, and functionality are accurate across all sites and devices
• Conduct regular e-commerce industry trend and competitive analysis
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising or other related fields
• Shopify and Amazon Seller Central experience required
• Knowledge of other e-commerce marketplaces a plus
• Tech savvy with high proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Experience in reporting tools and performance metrics
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with an attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ethic
