As the merchant for our six outlets, you will have ownership for this chain of stores. From curating the assortments, to driving sales and margin, creating the marketing strategies and visual solutions to collaborating closely with the store teams – you have the AMAZING OPPORTUNITY to lead a division with tremendous growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• As the merchant for our outlet stores, you are responsible to improve sales and profit while reducing close out inventory

• Analyze sales, inventory and margin on a weekly and monthly basis (achieving sales and inventory targets within one year)

• Curate store assortments and manage individual store inventory based on volume, capacity seasonality and customer profile (achieving faster weeks of supply compared to LY)

• Daily and weekly allocation of product to maximize sales and inventory by store

• Create merchandising strategies and promotions that are on brand, that will excite stores and consumers and will increase sales and profit

• Plan sales and allocate inventory to support promotions and events, analyze performance and share results

• Develop marketing campaigns and improve in store experience by working closely with store team, visual team and graphic designers

• Collaborate with visual and graphics team to improve displays and graphics in store

• Communicate regularly with individual stores, district managers and head of stores to identify opportunities and share information

• Update and Manage OTB by category

• Collaborate with Founder, President, Head of Planning and Allocation, General Merchandise Manager , Corporate Inventory team, Production team , Visual , Graphic and Marketing team

Requirements:

• 7+ years of retail buying experience

• Retail planning and allocations experience

• 4 year (Bachelors) degree or FIDM degree

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Excellent computer skills/proficiency in Excel

• Ability to adapt to highly entrepreneurial environment and react to change quickly
