The Jr Stylist/Sample Coordinator is responsible for tracking merchandise as it comes in and out of the photo studio. They collaborate with the Creative team to ensure all merchandise received for sale and editorial shoots.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for preparing and managing merchandise and sets for on-figure, on-model and still product photography and video shoots for all marketing needs including eCom, advertising, social media, and brand campaign productions
  • Work as the point of contact to receive, review, and prep samples involving physical and a digital tracking system to check in and report samples as they arrive.
  • Take charge of sample preparation – could involve steaming of soft goods, cleaning, organizing and ordering props and styling goods
  • Full ownership of sample closet, tracking, steaming, preparing racks, sample storage and maintaining sample library
  • Research in the latest apparel trends, simple styling, prop shopping (online or in stores)
  • Style soft goods for e-commerce product shots with prioritized efficiency, attention to detail, and adherence to style guide specs.
  • Partner with our Associate Producer and Brand team to maintain an understanding of our current and upcoming studio schedule.
  • Help maintain the organization of prop storage areas.
  • Responsible for all clothing, styling, and accessories for all production shoots, including but not limited to pulling and styling looks, prepping props and accessories
  • Manage samples and setup of campaign shoots, sale shoots, studio and eCom productions
  • Responsible for organization and ordering clothing for productions
  • Create styled looks for models based on production needs
  • Assist where needed across the Merchandising and Creative department
  • Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred
  • Previous leadership experience in retail service, or fast paced environments a plus
  • Strong follow up and follow through to make sure all tasks are taken to full completion
  • Able to prioritize effectively, multi-task, problem solve and work independently
  • Demonstrates initiative and positive can-do attitude
  • Must work confidently in teams and take director from Management and Creative team
  • Must be analytical, articulate, and organized
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
