This role sits within the Global CRM & Loyalty team which oversees database growth, customer retention, the KorsVIP loyalty program and the in-store clienteling app. You will be managing our KorsVIP program, working with cross functional business partners across the retail & digital space to execute our loyalty strategy as well as identifying and sharing best practice.

Not only will you be responsible for improving all facets of our membership program from member acquisition to retention in the US, there could also be opportunities to expand the program in future to new channels and territories. This role would suit a true loyalty expert who has launched or managed a leading loyalty program, is passionate about luxury retail and looking for a challenge.

What You’ll Do:

Program Operations

  • Focus on increasing the value, quality and volume of our loyalty members using data insights.
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with external loyalty vendor.
  • Work within the rest of CRM team to plan and manage loyalty activations.
  • Partner with analytics & loyalty vendor to define and monitor success of program and customer tiers
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and develop exciting loyalty activations which are motivating to customers and commercially attractive for the business – new benefits, rewards, partnerships
  • Collaborate cross functionally with business partners to ensure customer loyalty is integrated in all activations across the business, providing insight and alignment where needed
  • Partner with analytics & loyalty vendor to define and monitor success of program and customer tiers
  • Build out a specific top tier activation programme centred around experiential benefits, gifting & events

Product Management

  • Project manage and support execution of US & CA Program Evolution
  • Manage future international expansion and support regional partners in developing & launching loyalty programmes as the centre expert knowledge
  • Partner with product, IT & loyalty vendor to implement any technical enhancements for the program

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years Marketing experience
  • Ability to work in NYC office 3 days a week
  • Expertise within the customer loyalty space

  • Awareness of the global loyalty landscape would be highly beneficial
  • Ability to build relationships with and work collaboratively across the organization
  • Strong attention to detail, solid analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • High energy and a self-starter looking to make an impact
  • High level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Commercial focus with a good understanding of consumer lifecycle management; how to drive growth in awareness, acquisition, engagement and retention of a consumer database
