  • Assist the Merchandising Manager(s) with Business Unit driven Line Plan, seasonal Visual Line Plan creation and maintenance for full USA line inclusive of adds, drops, cancels, CAD changes, pricing changes, etc.
  • Support in line plan product updates and maintenance
  • Assist Merchandising Manager(s) with the creation of Business Unit specific tools for all major gates including Merchandising Alignment, Line Freeze, Pre-lines, Sales Meeting and Sell-In.
  • Gather information from channel leads as it relates to forecasting for ad hoc programs (Speed, NRP).
  • Coordinate sample management and between apparel merchants.
  • Act as the point of contact for Sales Operations in the support of room set up and sample needs for Sales Meeting preparation.
  • Assist Merchandising Manager(s) with the creation of Channel-specific tools for all major gates including Merch Alignment, Line Freeze, Pre-lines, Sales Meeting and Sell-In.
  • Manage note taking for specific meetings and support Merchandising Managers with preparation for account presentations.
  • Partner with Merchandising Managers to build assortments for accounts.
  • Assist Merchandise Managers in preparing for briefings with Regional Creation Center (RCC) product and Special Make Ups (SMUs).
  • Gather and organize information from channel leads as it relates to preparation for key gates (samples, tools, etc.).
  • Support with trend and market analysis as needed.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GAMECHANGER [Qualifications]

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field required.
  • 0-2 years’ experience in merchandising, integrated retail, or product creation related role.
  • Understanding of streetwear, fashion, and sportswear apparel
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Experience in a cross functional work environment, project management or matrix organization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
  • Possible travel to accounts or internal meetings
