We are seeking a talented and organized Integrated Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales department. The Integrated Marketing Coordinator will facilitate the brainstorming of strategies and create presentations for sales and upsells proposals based on input from different departments. You will be responsible for ensuring all proposed deliverables are correctly vetted and have interdepartmental buy-in. This role will serve as the primary point of contact between multiple departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to drive sales success. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional sales initiatives from conception to completion. In addition, the ideal candidate is excellent at creating sales decks while possessing meticulous attention to detail.This role will report to the VP, Head of Sales, and work closely with the Cloud9 Marketing, Social, Partnerships, Content, Graphics, and Team Operations departments.What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the strategic and execution vision for Sales communications across markets.
  • Coordinate the brainstorming, planning, execution, and tracking of sales decks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Serve as the point of contact (POC) for sale proposals following the inbound or outbound request received by the VP, Head of Sales
  • Ensure a cohesive and consistent sales and marketing strategy across multiple channels and platforms
  • Design and develop compelling sales decks that effectively communicate the company's value proposition, product features, and benefits
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field preferred
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in integrated marketing management with a track record of successful sales deck development and execution, preferably within a sales-oriented environment
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and serving as the point of contact between multiple departments
  • Project Management Professional certification or similar
  • Proficiency with Monday.com a plus
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint/Google Slides for sales deck ideation and creation
  • Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Must be local to LA
  • Familiarity with esports, entertainment, and pop-culture
  • Ability to critically think on the fly and adjust behavior and solutions to the situation at hand
  • Ability to work effectively and supportively with teammates. Ability to prioritize organizational and/or team priorities over individual needs, seeking out win-win situations wherever they exist.

  • The wage range for this role incorporates the multiple factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 - $72,000
  • You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
