Alpinestars USA is seeking a sports-minded, enthusiastic, and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead its Motorcycle Field Sales team.
Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the powersports industry, and the ability to oversee, manage, train and motivate a team of Field salespeople to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and Implement Sales strategies: Create and execute a robust sales plan that aligns with company goals and maximizes our reach.
- Sales Campaigns and Promotions: Design and implement innovative sales campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team to drive revenue.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing timely reports and insights to Alpinestars Senior Management team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationship with dealers and key customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Field Sales Team Management: Responsible for overseeing all activities within the field sales team (managing performance and profitability).
- Provide sales motivation, training and leadership for the distribution team and for the dealer developers.
- Ensure all documentation, reporting and budgets are adhered to.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Powersports industry, motorcycle safety equipment and technical motorcycle product
- Proficiency in ADP Lightspeed or other Powersport dealer management software
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and dealer network development
- A willingness to commit to a heavy travel schedule
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical ability to understand market trends and competitor behavior
- Ideally, candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in sales or closely related filed with 7 years of relevant sales and/or Powersports experience; or equivalent combined education and on the job experience
