About the Job
- Develop and bring to life an original social media strategy that aligns with Beyond Yoga objectives, while also bringing value to the community.
- Create an editorial cadence and rhythm that creates audience growth and ongoing engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and other social media outlets.
- Build community management infrastructure and philosophies to bring customer insight across business / product planning.
- Partner with Brand & Creative to create social-first content that resonates and inspires brand love.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, Product, to bring social-first activations to life.
- Be the internal champion and advocate for social innovation, educating the team on rising trends, tools, and best practices, while integrating new strategies to optimize performance.
- Build a social media measurement framework and community feedback to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead a team of accomplished social media and community leads, fostering a collaborative and impactful team culture.
- Remote based career opportunity reporting to the VP of Marketing, Beyond Yoga.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree.
- Proven experience (7-9 years) in social media management, community engagement, or a related role within a high volume environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Prior leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to accomplish goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for building relationships and fostering a sense of community both online and offline.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $124,400-180,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
