Lifestyle Marketing Coordinator – Americas

As the Lifestyle Marketing coordinator you will be a crucial asset to the team, providing strategy building support, tactical execution, and end to end campaign support for seasonal stories.How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do

The coordinator is the owner of, but not limited to:

  • Manager support - Providing coverage, note taking and support on meetings for lifestyle marketing team
  • Regional support – Organized communication of toolkits, updates and monthly check-ins
  • Campaign management - Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, inclusive of product launches, collaborations, promotions and regional hero stories
  • Campaign Shoots - Preparing for shoots (ordering samples, Cat B, b2b, and seeding)
  • Campaign recaps - Partnership with DTC and Analytics teams to track sales data and build campaign recaps + consumer insights
  • Marketing Tools – Build and maintain supporting marketing materials and proactively updating materials.
  • Project Management – End to end support marketing lead on asset development and management.

How you will do it:

  • Support Lifestyle Marketing Manager and category team on administering duties.
  • Work cross functionally with regional marketing functions, global counterparts and merchandising teams.
  • Support integration of Brand into Retail, Digital and Wholesale marketing programming as required.
  • Keep all documents organized and up to date with pivots and changes for cross-functional teams as resources

What success looks like:

The Lifestyle Marketing Coordinator should have strong attention to detail, great communication skills and be able to work in an organized and agile manor. Strong knowledge and experience working with PPT, excel, and Microsoft suite of products is essential. In order to effectively manage tactical execution of monthly marketing campaigns, the coordinator will need a strong understanding of digital, social and IRL marketing tactics with experience working on or launching multi-level marketing campaigns.Free To Be, Inclusion & Diversity

Years of Related Professional Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in coordinating projects and executing marketing plans.Educational Position Requirements:A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

$60,480.00 USD - $75,600.00 USD annually
