As the Assistant Men’s Merchandiser, you will collaborate with the Men’s Merchandising team to create, and drive assortment strategies. By partnering with the Men’s department leads & Director of Merchandising you will be the expert on customer needs.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Men’s Merchandising team
• Create and manage store matrices, as well as visual assortment tools
• Track business performance; Identify risks and opportunities for reacting to current business
• Market trend research
• Maintain and demonstrate expert knowledge of customer base through strong field relationships
• Participate in key business meeting throughout the product creation process
• Create and manage seasonal assortment tools
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 years Merchandising experience
• Entrepreneur spirit
• Natural leader and problem solver with a growth mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Adobe Illustrator
