Essential Functions (Including but not limited to):

  • Agency Management: Direct daily communication with nominated agency to manage all marketing and advertising.
  • Planning: Collaboration with internal planning counterparts to manage WOS along with selling analysis to ensure financial plans are achieved.
  • New Product Launch: Take the lead in introducing new licensed brands to the Amazon platform, from initial setup to creating compelling listings.
  • Product Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing product listings, content, and images to enhance visibility, drive conversion rates, and ensure a compelling customer experience.
  • Business Growth Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to grow the overall business on Amazon, identifying and capitalizing on market trends and opportunities.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Amazon, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support business growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement specific to licensed products.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and optimize stocking strategies to support business growth.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any account-related issues, such as order fulfillment, payment discrepancies, and customer inquiries related to licensed products.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 years of sales experience with 2+ years of experience managing an Amazon Vendor Central Multi branded Catalog, with a focus on launching on new brands and products, optimizing listings, and driving business

growth.

  • Strong understanding of licensing agreements and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data

analysis tools.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce trends and digital marketing strategies.
