As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Brighton Collectibles, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient operations. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills to help facilitate a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels, ensuring that all parties are well-prepared.
  • Onsite interview coordination - greeting candidates when they arrive, ensuring interviews are on time and walking candidates out when interviews have concluded.

Onboarding Support:

  • Assist new hires with onboarding paperwork, documentation, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Communicate with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to update candidate records and track progress throughout the hiring process.
  • Handle job posting and requisition management, including creating and updating job listings.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screening processes.

Reporting:

  • Generate reports and analytics related to recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in tracking recruitment costs and budgeting.

Internship Program Coordinator Duties:

  • Assist in the design and development of the internship program, including creating program materials and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify internship opportunities and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment coordination.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
