Main purpose of the position:
This role will report into the Sr. Social Media Manager and will manage all social channels for REVOLVE Beauty, with primary focus on Instagram and TikTok. This role will work closely with REVOLVE’s cross-functional teams (buying, merchandising, production) to revamp and elevate our visual presence and voice, strengthen brand equity and grow the audience across all of the related social channels.
Position responsibilities and daily tasks:
Work closely with the Sr. Social Media Manager and beauty-focused cross-functional teams to establish an annual social calendar that includes all of the key commerce initiatives, brand initiatives and eventsDevelop detailed social campaigns for all of REVOLVE Beauty’s key brand initiativesLaunch and focus on the continuous growth of REVOLVE Beauty’s TikTok channelEstablish evergreen messaging and creative strategy for Instagram and TikTokAlign with Sr. Social Media Specialist, Instagram and Sr. Social Media Specialist, TikTok to find key times and opportunities to cross-promoteEnsure creative, messaging and brand voice is consistent across channels and aligned with merchandising efforts and trendsWrite compelling, on-brand copy that fits the specific goals of each initiativeManage the day-to-day posting and performance monitoring to ensure creative quality and cohesionWork closely with Brand Marketing cross-functional teams (Influencer Relations, Events, Partnerships) to ensure excellent social integration and support for beauty events and marketing campaignsDevelop, pitch and execute audience growth strategies for REVOLVE Beauty’s Instagram and TikTokSupport ongoing content strategy and execution for beauty features on REVOLVE’s YouTubeWork closely with Analytics Team to assess content / strategy performance and provide iterations, monthlyQuarterly competitive research to identify new opportunities within the beauty space

Expertise in Instagram and TikTok, a mustPassion for beauty, fashion and pop cultureStrong knowledge of trends within the beauty space and influencers within the nicheExcellent copywriting skillsExtremely organized, detail-oriented self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaborator, communicator and team-playerPossess an eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual and written storytellingKnowledgeable in a variety of photo / video editing apps for the creation of social assetsExperience in social content creation (photo, video)Understands the importance of performance data and possesses a strong ability to analyze and synthesize the data into actionable plansFacility with social listening and analytics toolsProficiency in project management and social tools (Airtable, Dash Hudson, Asana, etc.)
Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):
3-4 years of social media experience at a Fortune 500 company and/or Beauty BrandExpertise in Instagram and TikTok; Strong knowledge of YouTubeStrong knowledge of the influencers and beauty brands that are carried on REVOLVEExperience with paid social campaignsBachelors degree a plusFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
