Fox is seeking a passionate and seasoned Digital Analyst to join our team! The Digital Analyst will play a critical role in delivering accurate, insightful analysis to drive decision-making throughout the organization. To succeed in the role, the Digital Analyst must possess a high attention to detail and be curios to understand the “why” behind performance and have the ability to create and support a story based on quantitative findings.

Essential Functions of this Role:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital Marketing and CRM reporting and ownership of driving homogenization of data layer, tagging, and Multi-Channel attribution model optimization.
  • Manage Fox’s global Attribution model which includes its refinement, presentation and communication on insights and trends for all global DTC ecommerce storefronts.
  • Partner with Head of Digital, Finance and Ops to drive margin dilution project identification based on analysis of drivers.
  • Manage and evolve existing (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) reporting structure.
  • Support business partners with ad-hoc reporting and in-depth website and app analysis.
  • Design effective and impactful reports and visualizations for business and technical audiences
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and analytics partners to determine needs and assist with defining data collection requirements.
  • Work with implementation specialists to validate website tracking.
  • Leverage analytics to continuously recommend optimization tactics that will improve site and mobile app performance and engagement.
  • Define and execute quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of analytical output.
  • Create presentations to highlight analysis and tell the story.
  • Proactively monitor eCommerce platform for changes in customer behavior and communicate these insights, with commercial thinking, clearly to the Direct and broader team to drive change. 
  • Investigate specific issues and propose solutions by analyzing data from a wide range of sources including digital analytics data, customer feedback, and session replay tools. 
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to develop multi-variant A/B tests, and support post-test analysis.
  • Maintain working knowledge of industry best practices and changes in analytics platforms and identify how they impact existing programs. 
  • Build relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Basic Qualifications:

·                3+ years of experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

·                Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making

·                Ability to design tagging strategies and effectively QA analytics tracking on mobile platforms

·                Proactive curiosity to understand the “Why” behind performance, decisions, etc.

·                Ability managing deadlines and excellent at prioritizing workload in a fast-paced, complex environment

·                Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·                Ability to maintain and grow relationships with partners/clients/team

·                Strong attention to detail

During the series, Team Moto-X Fox riders wore bright red, yellow and orange race outfits. Handmade by Fox, the clothing became an instant hit with the fans and interested enthusiasts started calling the Fox shop in Campbell inquiring about its availability. Over the course of the next few years Fox was completely reorganized to become a major player in the U.S. motocross apparel industry. In 1980, Fox rider Mark Barnett won the company's first National Championship, and two years later, Brad Lackey won Fox 's (and the United States') first World Motocross Championship. In the ensuing two-plus decades, Fox-sponsored riders have won over 40 National Motocross and Supercross Championships. In 2006 Fox rider Ricky Carmichael won the AMA Supercross Championship, while Lifelong Fox rider James Stewart won the FIM World Supercross Championship.

Today, Fox remains a family owned and operated business, with the second generation working full-time at the company.
