Creative Director

We are looking for a highly experienced tastemaker and creative leader to join our team and help infuse fresh vision and bring new process to help drive the Corkcicle business to new heights. As a design led brand, this position is critically important, and prior experience as Creative Director for $100M+ Brand is required to be considered.

The Creative Director will have a balanced vision to make creative that is not only designed with performance (ROAS) in mind, but how to achieve that while simultaneously elevating and protecting the brand’s high standards. They will mentor, motivate, and supervise a talented group of in-house creatives and work to nurture their ideas and bring the best out of the whole team. This experienced leader will be highly skilled in both Aesthetics and Analysis. This position may be remote within the United States but is required to work 1 week a month in the Orlando office.


  • Plan and oversee the development of company creative assets and advertisements in partnership with key executive stakeholders

  • Ideate and pitch brand campaigns, including overseeing the development of all creative content

  • Supervise all work completed by the creative department

  • Working with executives and other creative leaders to set project deadlines and content goals

  • Present project information, including deadlines and budgets, to executives and clients

  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas

  • Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team

  • Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly licensed partnerships and product initiatives

  • Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral.

  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met.

  • Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets.

  • Recruit and train team leads and managers.

  • Oversee the creative budget.

  • Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and may manage a team of up to 5 direct reports.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of creative director level leadership preferred.

  • Prior experience as a creative director for $100M+ brand.

  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and organization skills.

  • Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand


  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.

  • Prior experience scaling DTC brand welcomed.

  • Prior experience in channels like Snapchat, Tiktok, and working extensively with influencer produced content highly valued.

  • Experience in a brand balancing creative needs and plans for both wholesale and DTC channels highly valued.

  • Ability to work within the core hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional needs to accommodate a flexible schedule outside of core hours / weekdays.


  • Indoor, open office environment. The office noise level is moderately loud.

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time while simultaneously working on the computer and telephone.

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.

  • Up to 25% travel required for in office presence in Orlando for 1 week a month. Occasional travel to tradeshows as needed. • Full-time/Exempt/Salaried
