The US Wholesale Marketing team is looking for a Key Account Marketing Manager to manage and implement omni-channel marketing campaigns within the designated wholesale account base that supports being always on, brand led, consumer focused and digitally led.?In this role, you will develop and lead strategy, sell-in, execution and evaluation of major marketing initiatives and business drivers that support apparel, footwear, and accessories businesses within the designated account base. This role works cross functionally with Brand & Retail Marketing, Sales, Agency Partners, and Merchandising teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, purchase, loyalty and advocacy with consumers.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE 

  • Lead all strategic account marketing efforts?with account base?via collaboration with?Brand Marketing and Sales?teams?to develop account specific marketing plans?that?drive the sell-in of seasonal offerings and sell-through of the account’s assortment.? 

  • Act as the day-to-day liaison, serve as the voice of the brand, and build excitement with account contacts about the collaborative partnership through developing and proposing innovative digital and in-store marketing programs.? 

  •  Partnered with sales to align marketing strategy with North Star/long-range planning goals. 

  • Create omni-channel plans, that include measurable targets, for apparel, footwear, and accessories that demonstrate an understanding of the consumer’s path to purchase from awareness to advocacy and execute goals associated with campaign targets. 

  • Work with sales, analysts, and global environment partners to establish metrics for success and establish tracking on all major campaigns. 

  • Be an expert in omni-channel planning including knowledge of marketing solutions including social and paid media strategies, .com product marketing, branded fixtures, and in-store graphics.

  • Develop relevant content for product priorities within sportswear, fishing, outerwear, and footwear categories.

  • Plan, budget and allocate budgets for seasonal/account specific point of sale programs by interpeting key campaigns/strategies and incorporate the themes into point-of-sale displays, fixtures, and graphics when applicable

YOU ARE 

  • Well-versed in the retail business and stays current with retail trends

  • Able to build relationships internally and externally with relevant account teams through building on common goals and shared values. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills,

  • Able to navigate ambiguity and organizational structure to achieve goals

  • Experienced with Powerpoint/Keynote and presenting in front of an audience

  • A peer leader - demonstrate a positive attitude,?an approachable style, and walking the talk.? 

 

YOU HAVE 

  • 8+ years’ experience in consumer marketing or marketing-related environment, marketing strategy, planning and implementation, retail merchandising, display and consumer servicing experience.? 

  • Experience managing paid media and developing campaigns, understanding the role of digital, social, mobile, and experiential marketing within co-branded campaigns. 

  • Ability to understand the organization’s strengths and weaknesses; analyses market and competition; identifies external threats and opportunities; adapts strategy to a variety of changing conditions.?

  • Ability to develop a strategic vision that can be executed across multiple shop formats while maintaining the same ‘red thread’ or consistency to the Brand. 

  • A problem-solving mentality

  • Proven track record of success – strategy, execution and completion of programs
