The Role:

Reporting to a Customer Service Lead, you will ensure that an excellent experience is given to every customer, every time.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat and social mediaCommit to achieving productivity and quality targetsProvide a personalized and memorable experience to all customersResolve complaints efficiently and with empathy to avoid escalationsFollow-up on any issue until they are fully resolvedReport any trending or escalated issue to managementInspire customers to shop with AloHelp with back office work when needed: process credits, investigate lost packages and issue replacement orders
