The Systems Support Analyst provides desktop support for server or mainframe applications, hardware, telecom and telephony services to PC and Mac end users. This role is responsible for responding to and diagnosing technical issues through discussion with end users, accounting for problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up steps to ensure end users are able to work efficiently.


·        Perform warehouse and call center equipment setup and implementation of desktop, laptop, network, phones, laptop docking stations and more.

·        Provide general technical and application support to warehouse and call center associates as it relates to the following systems: -

o  Call Center software

o  Warehouse software

o  Windows OS/Mac OS

o  Microsoft Office Suite

·        Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to all PC and MAC notebooks and laser printers

·        Provide tier 1 and 2 technical support for network interruptions and escalate problems to senior technical teams as needed.

·        Work with software, hardware and services vendors to schedule and execute installations and repair orders.

·        Demonstrate basic knowledge of networking as it pertains to all aspects of desktop support including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wireless (802.11a/b/g).

·        Utilize a helpdesk system to log calls, keep track of projects, and keep management up to date with technical issues and requests. Escalate issues as needed and follow-up to obtain final resolution.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent relevant experience

·        2 – 3 years of Help Desk/System Administration experience in a corporate environment

·        Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simple process flows

·        Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams while executing projects form vision through implementation

·        Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite and other design software programs
